In 2000, I'm guessing 2000 because it was either then or 2001 and in '01 the internet bubble burst so there was less money, I had the honor of concepting and designing the annual Halloween client gift for my agency.
Working with Jordan Simonson, an amazing writer and actor, we came up with this freak show themed box that would hold a vacu-form neon yellow brain filled with Dum-Dums, Smarties and Lemonheads.
I think the cost was supposed to be $5 a piece but the head of the company loved our concept and let us go big. We went over budget just a bit at $15 a piece but it was worth it. And it won one of our clients first place in a jack-o-lantern contest at work when she used the brain to make a jello brain that she sat atop her pumpkin.
Yeah it's old but I still love this piece.
